This Spear and Jackson digging spade from the County range has a solid forged carbon steel head and socket for excellent strength and durability. The head is hammer finished and epoxy coated head for resistance to rust, scratches, humidity and alkalines in the soil. The spade has a weatherproofed hardwood shaft for greater durability which is fitted with a Supergrip handle.Ergonomically designed, this gives the spade the optimum amount of forward tilt, providing the user with the ideal digging angle.
